  2. Fallback Email Mapping Rule: If a secure, valid business email for a target profile is completely untraceable, our engine will provide a verified direct corporate personal email to ensure your outreach flow does not drop.
  3. Firmographic Estimation Guardrail: Company turnover and employee size ranges are optimised using deep industry research. If exact numbers are not publicly declared, validation assumptions based on operational footprints are applied. Minor variations do not qualify records for a refund.
  4. Refund Eligibility: If the delivered direct mobile line is active and valid, but the business email bounces, the record is not eligible for a refund. A record qualifies for a credit refund only when the direct mobile line is completely dead or verified as invalid by our 7-stage purification engine.
  5. Email-Only Campaign Rule: If you selected 'Yes' in the mobile footprint preference above (email-only records), any bounced email record is 100% eligible for a full credit refund under our standard policy.
