Cookleads Credit Policy

This policy outlines how credits are defined, used, and managed on the Cookleads platform. Our goal is to provide a transparent and fair system for all our users.

1. What is a Cookleads Credit?

A "Credit" is the currency used on the Cookleads platform. Our system is designed to deliver high-value, actionable contact information with a primary focus on mobile numbers.

One Credit entitles you to one full lead, which consists of a verified mobile number and an associated email address. Our guarantee is centered on the validity of the mobile number, as this is the core value provided.

2. How Credits Are Used

Credits are deducted from your account only when we successfully provide a verified mobile number. Our "No Mobile, No Charge" principle ensures you only pay for actionable leads.

3. Credit Guarantee & Refund Policy

Our 100% Guarantee

We guarantee the validity of the mobile numbers we provide. If you receive an invalid mobile number (e.g., a landline, a number that is out of service, or incorrect), we will refund your credit.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • This guarantee applies exclusively to Indian mobile numbers (+91).
  • Refunds are issued for invalid mobile numbers only, not for email addresses.
  • Currently, refunds are not available for international contacts, though we are working to expand this feature.

The Refund Process

If you identify an invalid mobile number, simply report it through your dashboard. Our process is straightforward:

  1. You Report the Lead: Use the "Report Invalid" feature in your dashboard.
  2. We Verify: Our system performs a quick verification.
  3. We Refund: Upon confirmation, the credit is returned to your account, typically within 1 minute to 7 days.

Annual Refund Limit

To ensure fair usage, you can report and receive refunds for up to 10% of your total credits per year. For example, a user on a plan with 1,000 annual credits can receive refunds for up to 100 reported leads.

4. Credit Rollover & Expiration

Active Subscriptions

If your subscription is active, any unused credits will automatically roll over to the next month for the duration of your subscription term.

Canceled or Expired Subscriptions

If you cancel your subscription or it expires, all remaining credits will be forfeited at the end of the current billing cycle. They cannot be recovered or carried forward.

5. Purchasing Additional Credits

Users with an active annual plan can purchase additional credits if they run out before their renewal date. A minimum top-up of 500 credits can be purchased at the base price of your current plan.

6. Team Usage & Duplicate Leads

To maximize value for teams, we prevent duplicate charges. If you or any member of your team extracts a lead, that same lead can be re-extracted by anyone on your team for free for up to 12 months from the initial extraction.

7. Fair Use & Account Integrity

Our Credit Guarantee is built on trust. We monitor reporting activity to ensure the integrity of our data and system. Repeatedly reporting valid numbers as invalid is a violation of our fair use policy. Such actions may result in the withholding of refunds and, in persistent cases, the temporary suspension of your account to protect our data quality.
